Rooms all come furnished and single rooms cost £55 per week, double rooms cost £62 per week. This includes all bills, even broadband! The refundable deposit is £180, plus a £25 refundable key deposit.

Both houses benifit from a central location within 5 minutes walk of Lincoln College and Lincoln Uni's Thomas Parker House, and 10 minutes walk from the High Street.

For those with transport of their own, there is off-road parking for 4 cars in addition to residential street parking.

Our student homes have recently been re-furbished and re-decorated including modern kitchens with generous cupboard space and modern appliances.
