Black Ink Properties specialises in renting accommodation to students, either as individual rooms (mainly with double beds) or group accommodation. We have two light, spacious, modernised Victorian houses, each has seven bedrooms with individual mortice locks.

Rooms all come furnished and single rooms cost £55 per week, double rooms cost £62 per week. This includes all bills, even broadband! The refundable deposit is £180, plus a £25 refundable key deposit.

Both houses benifit from a central location within 5 minutes walk of Lincoln College and Lincoln Uni's Thomas Parker House, and 10 minutes walk from the High Street.

For those with transport of their own, there is off-road parking for 4 cars in addition to residential street parking.
